AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Spryvly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Spryvly.
THE SERVICE
Spryvly is a personal wellness journaling and mood tracking application. It is not a medical service, mental health treatment, therapy, or substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Do not use Spryvly as a replacement for professional support.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@spryvly.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Spryvly offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After your trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Quarterly subscribers automatically convert to annual pricing after 3 months — you will be notified before this occurs. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid future charges.
REFUNDS
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@spryvly.com within 14 days.
YOUR CONTENT
You own all journal entries and content you create in Spryvly. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We will never sell or share your journal entries with third parties.
AI FEATURES
Spryvly uses artificial intelligence to generate weekly recaps and insights based on your journal entries. AI-generated content is for personal reflection only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Spryvly to: violate any laws, harass or harm others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse engineer the Service.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Spryvly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spryvly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
